4th Module ~ Exposing the shadows
The following seven modules are components of my second vital framework to what I teach. I’ve referred to these as The Seven Courages™, they are steps to complete transition and must not be hurried through, missed out nor understood out of order.

Ultimately our shadows are nothing but a potential for massive personal growth which needs addressing and directing to free not only the parents but also their children. For Fathers, this module can improve and restore a loving relationship with their wife or partner.
5th Module ~ Path to freedom
Warrior Parents does not create an environment that contains the same societal behaviour children are often subjected to and worn down by; but one that is a foundation of ethics, safety and emotional freedom.
The family home and company of parents is not one where children should feel judged and on edge but the very platform of their own potential.
We look at how to create this in the home environment, the personal interactions in the home and how the paradox of strong family attachment also delivers the ability to explore the external world with wonder and confidence, whilst knowing their strong home attachments can be returned to. We revisit and progress further on the subject of food and movement and our environment and how it can create an abundance of energy.
6th Module ~ Creating the world we wish to live in
This section looks at the immense and often dismissed power we have over influencing, not only our immediate family, but also our own society.
We look at how to build an unshakable faith in ourselves and others and how to forge this with incremental steps to fearlessness.
We explore the current societal trend of blame and entitlements and it’s constant fear based influence and how this is creating an overly fragile culture that itself is filtering down to our children.
We look at how to reverse this fragility and embrace an opposite philosophy that results in a society worth living in and being part of. The importance of setting our own standards as opposed to having them set for you.
7th Module ~ Growth through adversity
This section is about hunting down and exposing fear and discomfort.
We all have comfort zones or barriers that we do not cross, but we look here at how to conquer them, and what the often undervalued massive benefits are when we do and how this has a direct influence on our children.
How to choose big and mini missions that will expand our very perception and as Cus Da Mato once said make “fear a friend of exceptional people”.
These mini and big missions often reveal themselves once the work has been done in module 4 – ‘Exposing the shadows’ and we look at them directly and also the consequences and life we will lead if we do not.
This module is a fascinating look at the pull/push nature of fear.
8th Module ~ Barring the Wolfs Teeth
A vital subject that flows from module 7 is Barring the Wolfs Teeth. This is one of the most popular topics I have ever coached; covering confrontation and negative influences from those around you.
It is also one of the most misunderstood and the one people struggle with the most. Once again, I explain the “hows and whys” of perhaps the biggest fear both parents and their children will face in life, overcoming the fear of confrontation and the life you will create if you don’t.
We will look at perhaps the toughest fear of them all in confronting abusive and controlling family members and how people will deselect themselves from you as you start to impose healthy boundaries and restrictions.

5th Module ~ Path to freedom

The family home and company of parents is not one where children should feel judged and on edge but the very platform of their own potential.
We look at how to create this in the home environment, the personal interactions in the home and how the paradox of strong family attachment also delivers the ability to explore the external world with wonder and confidence, whilst knowing their strong home attachments can be returned to. We revisit and progress further on the subject of food and movement and our environment and how it can create an abundance of energy.
6th Module ~ Creating the world we wish to live in
This section looks at the immense and often dismissed power we have over influencing, not only our immediate family, but also our own society.
We look at how to build an unshakable faith in ourselves and others and how to forge this with incremental steps to fearlessness.
We explore the current societal trend of blame and entitlements and it’s constant fear based influence and how this is creating an overly fragile culture that itself is filtering down to our children.
We look at how to reverse this fragility and embrace an opposite philosophy that results in a society worth living in and being part of. The importance of setting our own standards as opposed to having them set for you.
7th Module ~ Growth through adversity
This section is about hunting down and exposing fear and discomfort.
We all have comfort zones or barriers that we do not cross, but we look here at how to conquer them, and what the often undervalued massive benefits are when we do and how this has a direct influence on our children.
How to choose big and mini missions that will expand our very perception and as Cus Da Mato once said make “fear a friend of exceptional people”.
These mini and big missions often reveal themselves once the work has been done in module 4 – ‘Exposing the shadows’ and we look at them directly and also the consequences and life we will lead if we do not.
This module is a fascinating look at the pull/push nature of fear.
8th Module ~ Barring the Wolfs Teeth
A vital subject that flows from module 7 is Barring the Wolfs Teeth. This is one of the most popular topics I have ever coached; covering confrontation and negative influences from those around you.
It is also one of the most misunderstood and the one people struggle with the most. Once again, I explain the “hows and whys” of perhaps the biggest fear both parents and their children will face in life, overcoming the fear of confrontation and the life you will create if you don’t.
We will look at perhaps the toughest fear of them all in confronting abusive and controlling family members and how people will deselect themselves from you as you start to impose healthy boundaries and restrictions.
This is perhaps the most important element of having a sense of freedom, in not only your personal life, but as a parent in which you lead from strength and courage.
A vital lesson you then impart to your children.
9th Module ~ Cultivating a robust mind
Without integrity, life will never seem right and often will feel meaningless. The cultivating of a robust mind where values are lived and expressed through action and speech, create real mental health and strength that cannot be taken away from you.
In this module we look at how to allow this to arise in yourself and the impact it has on those around you. The essence of a Warrior Parent is one who guides and inspires by doing so without hypocrisy or self-conflict that children will respond to.
Ultimately, we explain here, how there is no other path for those that desire a true sense of inner strength and self-respect for themselves and their children, because we can not demand in others what we refuse to live in ourselves.
10th Module ~ Combining love and Justice
The ultimate power in this world is love, yet so many parents have trouble not only allowing themselves to love fully but to be loved.
Here we cover that only those with courage can love and how a sense of balanced justice, especially towards oneself, will expand into a greater responsibility as a parent.
We also look at the real law of attraction that works on this balance of love and justice.
We examine, self discipline, it’s real meaning and how discipline towards our children can only be performed through love, otherwise it’s nothing more than control and suppression.
Finally we integrate the powerful ancient stoic lesson of accountability called ‘Skin in the game’ for ourselves and our children so they may understand and be responsible for their own actions, words and the impact they will have on themselves and others.
